"I had to visit the practice today based on an emergency. I contacted them and they were able to get me in within 30 minutes of my message to them via WhatsApp. When I arrived at the location they quickly got me in to see the doctor, Op. Dr. Burak Taş, who is an excellent doctor with very nice bedside manners, was also very quick in determining what the issue was and applying the appropriate treatment. During the process there was a little glitch in my documentation and I was assisted by the manager who handles the downstairs reception area. This person was extremely helpful and assisted me in obtaining the best possible service that a person could get. She was extremely helpful, Pleasant and very welcoming which is indicative of Turkish hospitality at its best.
