"Hello, I am Prof. Dr., born on November 17, 2025. I had upper eyelid surgery with Professor Furkan Karabekmez under local anesthesia in a clinical setting. Before this process, I did a lot of research, read many reviews, and listened to many comments because ultimately, the eyes don't tolerate mistakes. I asked a few questions to put my mind at ease, and finally, I made an appointment for an examination and, if suitable, the procedure. When we arrived, Professor Furkan's nurse, Gamze Çevik, greeted us. Her smiling face, respect, and sincere answers to our questions reassured me. We met Professor Furkan; his humility, sincerity, and perfectionism in his work showed me that I was in the right place. After the examination, he decided that surgery was necessary. An injection was given to my eye, and the procedure began. I listened to every step of the process; it was finished in about 45 minutes. His other valuable nurse, Şebnem Şahin, who accompanied me during the operation, added the final touches, completing a procedure I had feared I could never have done. After the surgery, I applied ice; there was swelling and bruising for the first three days, which is normal, but I didn't experience any pain, and it didn't interfere with my work.
