From my very first consultation to the final fitting, my experience with Dentarama has been absolutely 5-star.
Every single member of staff I encountered has been polite, professional, and incredibly welcoming. Special thanks to Professor Emre Seker, patient coordinator Sebnam, Mary the Dental Consultant, and Dr. Selda, who completed my treatment — all extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Alongside them, the technicians, the lab staff (albeit you don’t meet them), Ru the media manager, drivers, and the hygiene team who keep the clinic spotless and fresh also deserve huge credit. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
The clinic itself is state-of-the-art, with top-quality equipment and a calm, professional atmosphere. The team are patient, kind, and communicate well in English, which really helps you feel at ease. You just have to be prepared to trust their process, be patient, listen to their advice, and give them the time to work their magic.
Accommodation arranged by the clinic was also very good. The hotels are not 5-star luxury resorts, but they are clean, comfortable, and ideal for a week’s stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotels are close to both the clinic and the airport. Drivers are provided to take you to and from appointments, which makes everything stress-free. The added bonus is that Lara Beach is only a 10-minute walk away, and the area is full of restaurants, gift shops, and supermarkets.
Dentarama was recommended to me, and now I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering dental treatment abroad. If you’re looking for professionalism, kindness, and excellent results, this clinic is outstanding.
I Met up initially in Belfast for an assessment. The Dentarma staff were knowledgeable, polite and their English was very clear. I received my examination and was told they could help. The cost included accommodation on a BxB basis. Given I had only 9 teeth of my own I had a 6 on 6 which is a full set of teeth. 6 implants on top and 6 on bottom.
I attended in April and was there for 5 days.
The whole time leading up to me going I was in contact with Omer and the appointment coordinator șebnem.
Nothing was a hassle collection from the airport, collection from hotel for appointments.
Dentarma is a modern well presented premises. Technology that is way more advanced than NHS dentists. 4D scanning etc. The professor and his wife have great knowledge on implants veneers etc.
The staff felt like family by the time I left.
Șebnem was attentive ensuring appointments suited and organising taxis which had air conditioning and an interior second to none ( a couple of photos included) also she made a good cup of coffee.
I returned in September for 5 days and have now got my permanent teeth. I am so happy with the results and it is nice to not feel insecure about eating and talking.
