Very good clinic. I have been treated twice. I received medical and surgical care. Attentive staff, good organization of work, treatment of complex cases is carried out under the supervision of the head physician of the clinic.
Although the clinic appears to be a high-end establishment, my personal experience was unfortunately not very positive. My treatment, which began in January 2024, concluded, I believe, with a visit in October. This included two implants (with three implant-supported crowns), three crown replacements, two root canals, and several fillings.
Despite the new crowns and three restorations, I was unable to achieve satisfactory results. Over time, pain and a foul odor developed in the implant-application area (the abutments were trimmed and left exposed during implant treatment, causing sores on my tongue and difficulty speaking and swallowing). Because of the gaps between the crowns and implants, food debris constantly accumulated. Despite regular flossing, interdental brushing, and brushing three or four times a day, my odor persisted.
Therefore, I decided to have a checkup at a different clinic. The evaluation indicated that the implants were placed in thin bone tissue and needed to be trimmed and placed in a more suitable location. This caused the bone tissue to recede below the implant level, and I learned that I was at risk of losing the implants.
I was also informed that the abutments were not properly seated and were putting pressure on the implants. (The Ekinoks representative stated that the abutments were properly seated and could loosen over time; however, I don't know the likelihood of loosening even after a year.) After having the implant-supported veneers removed, my pain almost completely disappeared. I will also have the other veneers replaced due to their aesthetic inadequacy and the associated problems with space and odor. I will also have the root canal treatment performed on the tooth that was not adequately filled, as it has accumulated food particles.
When I explained that I would continue my treatment at a different clinic, they were helpful in obtaining abutments; however, I have not yet received a response to my request for a refund for the veneers. My pre-removal X-rays and photos of the removed veneers are attached.
I chose this clinic based on a friend's recommendation and Google reviews. Traveling from my workplace in Kazan to Dikmen, and then back to my home in Keçiören was quite tiring and time-consuming. The whole process was exhausting, both physically and mentally. And to top it all off, I experienced recurring pain :(
