For years, I couldn't find a good, attentive place, and I was constantly moving from place to place, preventing my beautiful teeth from receiving proper treatment. But since I discovered this place through a friend's recommendation, I haven't gone anywhere else. First of all, everyone working there is very friendly and attentive. I'm especially happy working with Dr. Can. The care he shows for your teeth, his desire to save them healthily, and his attention are another reason to choose him. Also, his touch is very gentle when giving injections 😄 My teeth are now in safe hands. It's wonderful to be able to progress through the process regularly and with peace of mind. All thanks to A Clinica Dent and Dr. Can 🙏🏽

I'm so glad I chose A Clinica Dent. I'm so glad I discovered this place when I needed to change clinics. I had major problems with prosthetics at my previous clinic. Dr. Hakan is a true expert in his field; his touch is quick, gentle, and very attentive. Thank you so much, Dr. Hakan. I was incredibly afraid of wisdom tooth extraction, but thanks to Dr. Timur's gentle touch, professionalism, and attentiveness, I got through the process without any problems. Dr. Timur, you are a very good surgeon; you finished so quickly that I didn't even realize anything. I really didn't need to be so scared. Thank you so much for your skillful work. I love Assistant Gülizar Hanım; she has such a wonderful energy and was by my side throughout the procedure. Thank you very much to her. I had a masseter botox injection at Ankara Aclinica Dent on November 29th. The procedure was performed by a doctor named Hakan Ünsal. Before the procedure, I specifically mentioned that I had heard about potential side effects such as a distorted smile and that I was worried about this. The doctor assured me that such a mistake wouldn't happen here and that I should trust them. Although I wasn't asked for an X-ray when I made the appointment, he asked if I had one before the procedure and applied the botox directly without taking an X-ray. Five days after the procedure, my fears came true: asymmetry in my smile, a distorted smile, and numbness developed on the right side of my face. In addition, my right lip lifts upwards when I speak, creating an unpleasant appearance. When I called the doctor, he tried to dismiss the situation, saying it was just my imagination. Despite this, I made another appointment and went back to the clinic. He showed me a photo of my smile taken before the botox and asked me to smile. Even though the distortion in my smile was clearly visible, he stubbornly insisted there was no difference and refused to admit his mistake. Furthermore, he tried to deflect the conversation by saying that my teeth were crooked and that's why I was clenching them. When I asked what would happen next, he said my face would remain like that until the effects of the Botox wore off. When I asked what would be done with the excess Botox left over from the procedure, he said he could apply it to my forehead, as if he hadn't distorted my face at all. When I told him I no longer trusted him and didn't want to have it done, he got angry and used an extremely disrespectful and sarcastic tone, saying that if there was a mistake on my forehead when I went to another doctor, I would expect to come and apologize to him. I then stated that I wanted to have the remaining Botox removed. The doctor became even angrier, and his assistant took me to another room and handed over the Botox there. Now, because of the doctor's mistake, I will have a distorted smile for about six months, and I don't know if another doctor can use the Botox I brought home. The doctor made no attempt to rectify his mistake; on the contrary, he both denied the situation and displayed a hurtful and disrespectful attitude. I especially want my experience to be seen by other patients and taken into consideration so that they do not suffer similar ordeals.
