He delivered exactly what he promised, both over the phone and as described on his website, and I could not be happier with the results so far. I had otoplasty (had symmetry and pain issues) and ear lobe reduction, and Dr. Ali uses a unique otoplasty technique that is only available at his practice. I was pleasantly surprised they could get me in so soon. The day I walked into his office for the consultation I knew I made the right decision. Dr. B is so patient and clear with his assessment. He’s actually funny too. Sitting with him and asking questions. He was honest about the potential results and took his time with me, I didn’t feel rushed. During surgery prep he answered more questions and checked on me in the hospital. My post op experience with him was just as good.
