I had a medicated filling done on Sunday, March 3rd. Dr. Sedef said that if the filling didn't relieve my pain, she could perform a root canal. In that case, paying the difference between the filling and the root canal would be sufficient. My pain hasn't gone away. Both the filled tooth and the tooth that needed a root canal underneath it are still in excruciating pain. My other friend said she's been coming every evening at 6 for five days and that she has a very busy schedule and doesn't have time for an examination. So, I took the day off work and went to see Sedef yesterday. She'd already checked my teeth, but without looking at the root canal, she just looked at the old x-ray and said, "I can't do this," and I recommend you go to another doctor. When I requested a refund, they refused and didn't give me my money back. Am I responsible for the unsuccessful filling? You won't do a root canal. I've been hurting for a week, constantly trying to avoid a solution. I don't go to the government to get better, and I'm disgraced in private. How do you think you deserve to victimize people? Ms. Sedef is truly someone who inspires trust with her kindness. I trusted her, but shame on her. It really is haram.
