First I want to say staff are very nice and great with hospitality, I will say after receiving knowledge from an doctor here in the us they said my procedure should have been the same amount if implants throughout the whole area of procedure. If you pay attention they put less implants going towards the back which is why my procedure did not fix my problem. I have very thick hair so my problem is currently still the same in addition getting worse. From what I’ve been told they are probably not experienced with thick hair “something I have been told”. My 3 stars are for the hospitality and how nice they are.

Had a fantastic hair transplant done here. From Start to finish customer service was excellent. On the day the staff were all very friendly and spoke great English. The procedure went well and the aftercare is brilliant. Would recommend to everyone. Your in safe hands. The driver was very friendly and collected me for all appointments. The surgeon was very friendly and kept checking everything was ok throughout the procedure. Went back the next day for a check up and all aftercare details were all Written down for me.

From consultation through pre-op, surgery day, and post-op, the whole team was outstanding. I came in a day earlier to do the bloodwork which was a great thing becasue I could arrive 2 hours later on the day of the transplant. Being fully rested for the surgery is important, especially when the surgery takes 7 hours. I wanted to get the maximum number of grafts done but doctor expained me that this might not be the best plan for the long-term perspective. So, in the end we just recovered the hairline and the crown area. My donor area has recovered and still looks decent. I am aware that another procedure is waiting for me in a year's time.
