I got my hair transplated at Istanbul Hair Institute in February 2021. I was 21 years old when I decided to have a hair transplant so it was kinda early. After the procedure, it came out perfectly great and natural. Today, after 16 months, when I tell people I got a hair transplant, they are shocked. I would recommend 100%.

I had a PRP/ Meso Hair treatment. I agreed a price with Surreya on which I attended the clinic and had the treatment. But when I came to pay they added money on top of the agreed price which was requested in TL rather than the $ price we agreed beforehand. This confused me but I assumed it was the same price we agreed in US Dollars just converted. Then because I needed to pay part of it by card they added a further 20% card charge on top. I ended up paying 25% above the original price quoted which I considerd very unprofessional. The second point is that I contacted them about it, giving them an opportunity to set things right, as a business owner I know how valuable client feedback is and how great it is when you are offered the opportunity to fix something. They said they will check and get back to me. They did not. Nobody wants to feel cheated and I was. leaving me with a bad taste in my mouth. 25% mark up is a lot especially for someone who may opt for a much more expensive treatment. For those reasons I would not recommend this place!
