"Outstanding Experience with Dr. Ali Mezdegi – Highly Recommended Dr. Ali Mezdegi is a fantastic doctor. He delivered exactly what he promised, both over the phone and as described on his website, and I could not be happier with the results so far. I had otoplasty (had symmetry and pain issues) and ear lobe reduction, and Dr. Ali uses a unique otoplasty technique that is only available at his practice. This method pins the ears without the need for stitch removal and avoids the aggressive or conventional otoplasty procedures commonly performed elsewhere. The ear lobe reduction was also extremely smooth, quick, and completely bloodless. Everything was done under local anesthesia. I had the surgery on Wednesday, returned for a check-up on Friday, and was able to fly back immediately without any issues. Today is day 6, and I am genuinely excited about the results so far. Dr. Ali and his staff , Anna and other team members, are gracious, hospitable, and highly responsive. They were always available to answer questions, both in person and through WhatsApp. The entire process was honest, transparent, and professional, with a great attitude and excellent availability and now follow ups. "I’ve delayed writing this review because I wanted to see more results and give a thorough review….. I’ve been wanting to get my eye bags removed for some time now. I also wanted to remove my back fat that has been bothering me. In 2024 I started reaching out to different facilities (in the USA and Turkey). In July of 2025 I narrowed down my decision to two doctors in Turkey and was on the fence with who to go with. Until I seen a viral Instagram video of this Black American female who got a nose job and facelift with Op.Dr.Besir. She looked good!!!! I immediately looked up the doctor, searched his before and after photos….. but the positive reviews on at-least 4 different sites sealed the deal for me. I knew he would give me what I needed. I reached out to schedule surgery for an upper and lower Blepharoplasty and 360 liposuction at the end of July and was scheduled for the second week in September. I was pleasantly surprised they could get me in so soon. The day I walked into his office for the consultation I knew I made the right decision. Dr. B is so patient and clear with his assessment. He’s actually funny too. Sitting with him and asking questions. He was honest about the potential results and took his time with me, I didn’t feel rushed. During surgery prep he answered more questions and checked on me in the hospital. My post op experience with him was just as good. I didn’t feel like a patient, I felt like someone who he truly cares about and he’s invested in my full potential and recovery. It’s been a little over a month and my eyes are healed. 0 under eye bags and no more hanging upper eye lids. My lipo 360 results are truly disrespectful in the best way😏😏😏. No more fupa and the curves are curving . 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 I still have a long way to see full results but I am trilled and could not be happier. Dr.Besir’s price point, bedside manner and genuine passion for the cosmetic craft is unheard of. My pre surgery was excellent, the communication was great and everything was explained and easily translated. The after care could be better. I ended up with a very irritated bladder from the catheter removal and it took 2 days to get me on antibiotics. After i had to keep chasing up for it as i was in agony (toileting 20-30times fresh from a tummy tuck isnt ideal). Getting extra water at the hospital was also difficult. Food was horrible. Love my results, super happy with them!"
