I lost a tooth due to a mistake. I contacted them in early June because the filling on one of my teeth had fallen out and I was experiencing pain. They said it was very close to my house and I could come right away. X-rays were taken, and the dentist confirmed that a root canal was necessary for a tooth that hadn't had a root canal before. I trusted them and agreed, and the root canal treatment began the same day. I went for four appointments, spaced a few days apart, the last one a week apart. Learning that a root canal treatment, which should have taken at most two appointments, could take eight, the dentist working alone during each session, and swallowing local anesthesia up to my throat, the fact that I lay in bed in agony after each session, and the fact that they couldn't find a sterile tip at the last session, and they had to sterilize it with a lighter, all fueled my anxiety. When I first asked them how long and painful the root canal treatment was, they told me it would take a few more appointments, and my pain became unbearable. I then took the same tooth to endodontists at two different clinics to seek advice from another dentist. They told me my tooth had been carved down to the bone, that it was a dentist's mistake, that it could no longer be saved, and that an implant was necessary. When I went to Zdent to get the initial X-ray and ask why they hadn't told me this in the first visit, they kept telling me, "This is how a root canal is done, let's continue," so I left the place, never to pass by again. Thanks to you, I couldn't breastfeed my two-month-old baby for days. This was more upsetting than the loss of my tooth, which I won't be able to give for a long time because you required the implant. I'm the mother of a disabled child, and I was very pleased with the care and attention given to my son by Mr. Arif and Mr. Zafer throughout his treatment. Initially, I was quite worried that my son wouldn't adapt to the treatment, but thanks to the doctors and staff, we completed the process easily. We're very pleased with our teeth. I had root canal treatment and fillings performed by Arif Sezinir Yalçın at Vita Clinic Zdent Konak. I would like to thank him for his thorough information before starting the treatment, his meticulous attention during the treatment, and his post-treatment care. It's a great opportunity to find a doctor who cares about you more than you care about yourself in private clinics.
