I went there with a terrible toothache. It was within walking distance of my home, and I only needed anesthesia. Before going, I called and asked, and they said, "Of course we do anesthesia, we'll wait." So I went. My regular doctor is in Setbaşı, and going from Fethiye to Setbaşı for a sudden, severe toothache is torture. When I arrived, I explained to them that I was receiving treatment for my tooth at my regular doctor's, that I was using antibiotics, and that because of inflammation, painkillers weren't working. Until the antibiotics worked, the only solution was anesthesia for a few hours of relief. Dr. Ahmet Sezer approached me very kindly and administered the anesthesia. I paid a reasonable price. That day, I had to go for a second anesthesia, but when I went to the cashier, they said, "You're our patient now, you don't need to pay anymore," and didn't charge me for the second anesthesia. The next day, Sunday, they were closed, and since Hürriyet Mesam was open 24 hours, I went there. Dr. Oğuz and Dr. Melih at Hürriyet Mesam were all so kind and attentive that I left my regular doctor and went to Dr. Ahmet Sezer. Seeing the positive effects of Dr. Oğuz's procedures, I chose that place myself. On Monday, the pain returned strongly, and I went to Dr. Ahmet Sezer at Fethiye Mesam Vital. They greeted me very nicely again, until I mentioned that I had left my regular doctor and preferred Dr. Oğuz at Hürriyet Mesam when I was having my anesthesia administered. They gave me a shoddy anesthesia, tearing my gums apart. I left, and the pain continued until I got home; it was as if no anesthesia had been given. I went back to express that it wasn't sufficient. At that moment, Dr. Ahmet Sezer disappeared. The dark-haired woman at the reception desk, with quite hostile looks and attitudes, took me to the anesthesia chair. A young man I didn't know, with trembling hands, kept questioning and manipulating my tooth to administer the anesthesia. I was so scared that I got up and left without having the anesthesia. When I said I would file a complaint, they said I could sue them if I wanted. The problem was that they were so friendly to me to make me their patient, but when I chose the other Mesam Hürriyet, they became hostile. This so-called healthcare institution... they don't even give anesthesia to another doctor's patient. They said they weren't obligated to do it :) Well, we're not doing this for free, we're paying for it, but Edip, being officious, took money for the first anesthesia, and for the second and third anesthesias, they said, "No, you're our patient now, it's enough for us if you get better," and as I said, until the third anesthesia, because I chose the doctors at Mesa in Hürriyet, they became nasty and literally condemned me to pain. Moreover, because I said I would write a complaint about you, because I was seeking my rights, you shamelessly called Hürriyet Mesam, where I received treatment, to confirm whether I was receiving treatment or not, whether I was their patient, and because I am a patient, you are trying to slander me, saying things like, "Look, they might not pay, they might not treat me," in a vile way. What kind of character, what kind of medical practice, what kind of humanity allows this kind of behavior? I am very sad. There are doctors, and there are doctor-like doctors. Thank God, He introduced me to competent, ethical, and compassionate doctors, of course, they are the Hürriyet Mesam family. 🙏🏻 If you are not going to be a patient of Fethiye Mesam Vital, they will kick you out even if you are dying of pain. By the way, I wasn't going to write these comments, I kept it to myself saying "God is great," until I heard them calling the clinic where I received treatment and making unnecessary statements. Also, I don't know them personally, I have no close relationship with them; I only met them because I needed anesthesia. It's not psychologically healthy for them to turn you into an enemy when they can't treat their own patients. I am very sad that I went to such a clinic. I think you should think 100 times before going to this clinic. Those stars are nice. They might have had their closest associates make those comments; I'm starting to think that way now. I'm shocked and saddened, I have nothing else to say.
