Nine months ago, after my gastric surgery, I developed an incredible amount of sagging skin. My doctor told me to wait another year for a facelift, which was very tiring and upsetting because it was such a long process. I started exercising again, but it didn't help. Despite being a former athlete and having done sports for years, it definitely didn't help. For those who think that exercise will help, especially those who have had gastric surgery, as a former athlete, I can say that the skin unfortunately doesn't tighten; it only helps build muscle. I had the opportunity to meet your doctor through the recommendation of the doctor who performed my surgery at Gazi University, and I'm so glad my doctor referred me and that I came to you. After 40 sessions, my body has tightened incredibly, especially in my legs and abdomen. I would like to thank Professor Seyhan and Pınar. I'm so glad I met such wonderful people. Those who have had gastric surgery know very well that this process is really exhausting.
