This place is worth staying away from, it's useless, and they charge you a different price than the one they quoted. At my first meeting, they told me there would be two follow-up sessions after the regular session, then they misunderstood and said only one. They told me to come back in a month for the follow-up session, then they said the follow-up session was valid for 15 days. They gave me a price that included needle epilation, then demanded an extra charge for it. Even for this, I was subjected to ridiculous chatter like, "Isn't this our price, Ms. X?" among other customers. You took all this lightly, but Ms. Hatice's attitude made it seem like I was getting work done for free. Constantly lying and overcharging. Moreover, after the Dilan Polat incident, they said they don't accept IBANs and must pay cash, as if they don't understand your tax evasion. I saw no effect in the sessions I attended, and the payments I made were a shame. I don't see any need to deal with this place anymore.

I absolutely do not recommend it. I started in 2015, and it's 2024, and my facial hair hasn't disappeared or diminished. Initially, they said, "Your hair is thick and black, so your face will be gone in no time." But whenever I asked, "Why hasn't my hair grown yet?", they gave evasive answers like, "My face is so-so." Furthermore, the salon owner, Hatice Hanım, is very rude and inconsiderate. These people don't care about our benefits or satisfaction. They only care about their own pockets. Don't go; it's a waste of your money.

There's no pricing policy. If you find a good person, you'll see a smiling face during that session. I don't recommend it. I started laser sessions here. I invested a significant amount of money. There are many other places where the equipment quality is equal. One of those is worth choosing.
