I am extremely disappointed with the administrative side of this clinic. I had lipo and ear procedures done here, and for over two months I have been trying to obtain a simple receipt for the services I paid for. I was told multiple times that the receipt would be sent, yet nothing ever arrived. Since then, my messages and follow-ups have been completely ignored. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable, especially for a medical clinic handling surgical procedures and significant payments. Being ignored after you’ve already paid and undergone surgery shows a serious lack of professionalism and accountability from both the clinic and its staff. Regardless of how the procedures themselves went, basic communication and proper documentation are non-negotiable. Patients should not have to chase a clinic for months to receive a receipt they are legally entitled to. I would strongly caution anyone considering this clinic to think twice, not just about the procedures, but about the post-procedure support, transparency, and respect for patients.

Exceptional experience with Dr. Salih – confidence truly restored I had breast augmentation with a lift performed by Dr. Salih, and my experience exceeded all expectations.
