I had my surgery on February 14, 2025. Dr. Niyazi immediately impressed me during my research, so I stopped looking and booked directly with him. From the moment I met Dr. Niyazi, I knew I was in the best hands. Despite my initial uncertainty and the shock of the simulation because it wasn't quite as I thought, I trusted him completely because I felt he truly understood what I wanted, even if I couldn't perfectly put it into words myself. Dr. Niyazi always took time for me, was incredibly relaxed and his calm demeanor reassured me, even when I was nervous inside. He gave me the impression that he knew exactly what he was doing. His calm demeanor helped me enormously during an emotionally turbulent time. He always had a smile on his face and seemed to enjoy his job. The surgery went well. Waking up was a bit bumpy, but I was surrounded by a team that knew what they were doing and cared for me with love. The entire team cared for me with such compassion. When I woke up, my life changed instantly. Not just externally, but also internally. I'm so happy with my new nose that I'm sometimes surprised at how accurately he implemented my vision. What touched me most: He didn't just operate, he saw my vision. The vision in my head that I could barely describe myself and he understood it in just a few words. He listened to all my wishes, took every doubt seriously and worked with so much passion and heart that I felt understood every second. The result is even more beautiful than I ever expected. For me, Dr. Niyazi is more than just a surgeon. He's my hero, who performed a small miracle with his skill and humanity. I am infinitely grateful to him and can warmly recommend him to everyone. I cannot express how life-changing my experience with Dr. Niyazi and his team has been. From the very beginning, the process was seamless and stress-free. The staff was incredibly kind and supportive, ensuring I felt secure and cared for every step of the way. From booking my surgery to assisting with travel arrangements and accommodation recommendations, they were in constant communication with us, even before we arrived in Istanbul. I had the procedure done alongside my best friend, which made this journey even more special. Finding a surgeon we both trusted was so important to us. After months of research—eight to be exact—Dr. Niyazi stood out above the rest. His extensive experience, credibility, and the transparency of his work on social media gave us confidence. We even spoke to a past client who shared her amazing experience, which further solidified our decision. I am so grateful we found Dr. Niyazi and his team—they truly exceeded our expectations. The hospital experience was just as exceptional. The staff was attentive, listened to all my concerns, and made sure I understood each step of the process. They checked in on me frequently, changed my gauze as needed, and even provided healthy, delicious meals during my stay. The recovery process was easier than I expected overall, though the first three days were a bit challenging for me due to swelling. My face looked very swollen, almost like a chipmunk with big cheeks, and my eyes were puffy too. (Every person’s experience is different—my best friend had minimal swelling!) I experienced some discomfort due to the stiches, but the meds/antibiotics they provided helped. By days 4-7, the swelling subsided significantly, and I started to see my face return to normal. Once the silicone tampons were removed from my nose, I could breathe perfectly again. Before we left Istanbul, Dr. Niyazi conducted a final examination, ensuring everything was healing well. His team even provided documentation of the procedure to avoid any complications when flying home. This level of care and attention to detail was remarkable. This entire experience was everything I hoped for and more. I couldn’t be more thankful to Dr. Niyazi and his wonderful staff for their expertise, kindness, and professionalism. They have truly changed my life for the better. My only regret is not doing this sooner!

I had a primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Niyazi Altintoprak a few years ago now. Since that day my life has been utter hell. He performed turbinate reduction on me and gave me extreme empty nose syndrome. He dismisses any claims that he is causing this. My nose is dry like the desert all the time with nerve pain radiating into my ears, eyes and sinus. It feels like I’m suffocating and can’t sense air. It turns off your parasympathetic system so you always are in fight or flight mode. He also gave me a very extreme upturned nose with full view of my nostrils. He cut down my septum severely without any warning. Which is almost impossible to fix. It’s very hard to recognize myself. Because of this, I don’t go out anymore and when I do; I usually wear masks to hide my face. He never told me he was going to change my face in such an extreme manner. I even told him I liked my front profile and not to change is so much and yet he cut off more than 6mm off my septum without telling me. I no longer look like any of my family members. With the physical symptoms of empty nose syndrome and the identity loss, I feel like he took away my life. I have gone through lots of counselling and seen many ents. The ents tell me that my symptoms are consistent with empty nose syndrome. There’s no cure for it. Just management. I can’t live like this anymore and honestly, I’m unsure if I will be here much longer. He’s done so much damage to my life and to my family seeing me suffer like this. I can’t believe I travelled so far and paid for this to happen to me. I trusted him and yet he has destroyed every aspect of my life and well being. I have contacted his office and every time I would bring up concerns he would brush me off. This is my personal horrific experience with him. One that I wouldn’t wish on anyone else.
