I recently travelled to Kudret Göz Istanbul for laser eye surgery, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, every member of the hospital team was extremely professional, caring, and genuinely dedicated to my wellbeing. The doctors were highly skilled and made me feel completely at ease, the care assistants were attentive and reassuring, and the translator was incredibly helpful and clear. The whole process was seamless. Everything was organised for me with amazing efficiency from the first consultation to the surgery itself, right through to the transfers to and from the airport. I always felt supported, informed, and in safe hands. My eyes are now so much better, and the results are exactly what I hoped for. I’m genuinely grateful for the exceptional level of care I received. A huge thank you to the entire team you made the experience smooth, comfortable, and truly life-changing.

My experience with Kudret Göz Hospital has truly exceeded all my expectations. From the very beginning, the communication was outstanding. Cem answered all my questions about the lens surgery with great patience and detail, showing not only deep knowledge of eye care but also genuine professionalism and kindness. This immediately gave me the confidence that I was in the right hands, especially knowing the hospital uses advanced technologies such as the Femto laser. Cem also thoughtfully arranged my airport transfers both ways. Upon arrival at the hospital, I was warmly welcomed and supported by Zuhal and Cem, who were always kind, attentive, and professional. During every consultation with the highly skilled eye surgeon, Dr. Mehmet Ali Özdil, one of them was always present to provide translation and reassurance. Zuhal stood by my side not only during the pre-operative examinations but also during the surgeries themselves, making me feel calm and safe throughout the entire process. The medical care was extremely thorough: before surgery I had blood tests and an ECG, and during the procedure I received an IV while my blood pressure was continuously monitored. Even the aftercare was very thorough, with an additional third check-up to ensure everything was perfect. The hospital is very clean, the staff are all friendly and attentive, and the entire atmosphere gave me complete peace of mind. I am deeply grateful to the whole team.
