Today my wife went to Derma Skins for a Botox treatment. She was taken in about 35-40 minutes after her appointment time. After the treatment, they said the POS machine was broken and I needed to send the fee to their account. I told them they should have informed me earlier that the POS machine wasn't working. When I said I might not have money in my account right now and asked if we could withdraw it another day, the woman I spoke to on the phone said it wasn't clear when the POS machine would be back in stock and that if I didn't have money in my account, I could send it from my own funds. When I reiterated that I might not have funds in my account, she sarcastically said, "If you don't have money in your account, why are you getting Botox then?" I do not recommend such businesses to anyone.

It is definitely a clinic you can go to with peace of mind. I was very pleased with the procedures I had done. Dr. Özgür Hanım and her staff were friendly and caring. Thank you very much Dora Clinic 🥰

My first experience with fillers and Botox was at Dr. Özgür's clinic. I was very satisfied, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it ❤️✨
