Very disappointed with the customer service. First of all they ruined my facial and on top customer service by this guy Yakub very bad, just because I am asking questions about the treatment making sure what I am getting done, etc. They have an issue with me asking questions, so they blocked me. A professional clinic will never do this no matter how many questions you ask. It's your right. Also they give one price but then they change the price according to their mood, disgusting!!! Not sure how they have 5 star review, must have paid to get reviews! I am updating this review to the reply. Every customer has a right to ask question and know when they are being scammed also it wasn't my husband just me asking questions, these people are liars and very unprofessional. I also have all the screenshots to provide to the company I didnt threatened I just posted a review. Every customer has a right to ask question specially when it comes to their skin or face to be satisfied..I have had treatments done in UK where you get the best customer service and ask as many question you like. As a business its your responsibility to answer customers question instead of being rude to them! Please avoid this clinic I am sure most of they reviews are bought! I am not the one to leave review but these guys have wasted my time and have been very rude!

Had a Korean care facial with Yakup and the process from start to finish was just outstanding. His communication from enquiry to end was so good, very much in detail and has a fast response. While I was getting my facial done he explained all the products to me and the benefits. The session was very relaxing and Yakup made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend his professional service, I came here on holiday from London and recommend the same facial to my brother who also had it done the next day and very much enjoyed it! Also the place is super clean and staff are very professional and friendly.

I definitely recommend Dermafix. Two days after my facial my face feels soft and clean and most of the redness from hydra-facial (an add-on procedure you can opt out of) has disappeared. The team there was very attentive and welcoming, and I felt well taken care of. I tried the Korean facial, and one thing I'd improve upon is the information given on it beforehand. It took roughly 3.5hrs when I thought it would be 2hrs and involved a full body massage which I wasn't aware of. I was on holiday and therefore welcomed the pampering session, but more information on the duration and what it actually involves would have been welcome as well. I will go back definitely, and I recommend you to try.
