I went for a dental cleaning, and some of the stains on my teeth are still there. The reason is that they didn't have the necessary equipment (I don't remember the name) to remove those stains. That's exactly what I got. Even worse, during the cleaning, they applied too much pressure between my teeth with an instrument, and unfortunately, my filled tooth broke 2-3 days later. I even thought to myself, "I hope my tooth doesn't break from all that force." I'm a smoker, so my teeth need cleaning at regular intervals. This isn't the first time I've had this procedure done, but it's the first time I've had a procedure that didn't completely remove the stains. Because it was a hurry and it was close to my house, I took the plunge and tried it, but I regret it immensely. Not only were the stains not removed, but my tooth broke. After the treatment, when the European Dental General Center called to inquire about my satisfaction, I also complained to them, but I received no response. I will never go anywhere other than my own dentist again. I would never recommend this place to anyone. You can't trust an institution that can't even perform a proper dental cleaning due to insufficient materials.
