We are a family of 5 travelling around.. currently here in konya turkey. My husband needed a filling done and also a tooth removed. I wanted a teeth clean and my childrens teeth checked over.. the staff were all so friendly and welcoming.. very professional place. For two years, I've been receiving treatment from a dentist who, instead of extracting the tooth with the infected root, pulled out the less infected tooth next to it, and he did this based on a panoramic X-ray he took two years ago. To make matters worse, after administering anesthesia, he asked which tooth we should extract. Since August, I've had a large, bony swelling in my jaw, bigger than a walnut. He said it would go down after the tooth was extracted, but because he pulled the wrong tooth, the swelling persists. My story is quite long. Last year, the same dentist performed root canal treatment on my nephew's tooth. Because he didn't fill the root canal properly, the gum tissue grew into the tooth. While searching for a new dentist due to the pain, they went to Asudent Dental Clinic. They went there because they learned about the incorrect or incomplete treatment by the previous dentist (the same dentist as me) and were satisfied with his treatment. I went to Asudent as well. An X-ray was taken immediately. Dr. Kamil, who treated the tooth, said the infection originated from the gum tissue. Then, regarding the tooth with the clearly infected root on the X-ray, they said there was a 10% chance of saving it. They offered to evaluate that chance or extract it. Even with a 10% chance, there was a chance of recovery, and of course I accepted. Dr. Emirhan and Ms. Latife started the treatment the same day, cleaning and applying medication. Within two days, the bony swelling in my jaw began to subside. The loosening and pain in my tooth disappeared. It had responded to the treatment. Believe me, it was a miracle. Dr. Emirhan and Ms. Latife calmed me down and took care of me throughout the procedure, even though I was tense and in shock. Two weeks have passed, and the swelling is almost gone. I can't thank them enough. I will now continue my treatment with them with complete peace of mind. I would also like to mention that they work very carefully and in a sterile manner.
