"I’m a 57 year old female from Texas and did extensive research on plastic surgeons in Texas, the U.S. and globally. I also wanted to remove my back fat that has been bothering me. In 2024 I started reaching out to different facilities (in the USA and Turkey). In July of 2025 I narrowed down my decision to two doctors in Turkey and was on the fence with who to go with. Until I seen a viral Instagram video of this Black American female who got a nose job and facelift with Op.Dr.Besir. She looked good!!!! I immediately looked up the doctor, searched his before and after photos….. but the positive reviews on at-least 4 different sites sealed the deal for me. I knew he would give me what I needed. I reached out to schedule surgery for an upper and lower Blepharoplasty and 360 liposuction at the end of July and was scheduled for the second week in September. I was pleasantly surprised they could get me in so soon. The day I walked into his office for the consultation I knew I made the right decision. Dr. B is so patient and clear with his assessment. He’s actually funny too. Sitting with him and asking questions. He was honest about the potential results and took his time with me, I didn’t feel rushed. During surgery prep he answered more questions and checked on me in the hospital. My post op experience with him was just as good. I didn’t feel like a patient, I felt like someone who he truly cares about and he’s invested in my full potential and recovery. It’s been a little over a month and my eyes are healed. 0 under eye bags and no more hanging upper eye lids. My lipo 360 results are truly disrespectful in the best way😏😏😏. No more fupa and the curves are curving . 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 I still have a long way to see full results but I am trilled and could not be happier. Dr.Besir’s price point, bedside manner and genuine passion for the cosmetic craft is unheard of. "I want to share my honest experience. I am 19 years old and currently 3 months post-op from my rhinoplasty. I traveled alone to Turkey, and honestly everything was very good and much more comfortable than I expected. The doctor is very professional and clearly knows exactly what he’s doing. However, I have to mention that he doesn’t have much patience. The surgery itself was not painful at all, but the first three days after surgery are very difficult. You won’t be able to breathe properly, smell, or taste anything, and your skin will look really bad during those days. Another very important point: you will probably hate your nose right after removing the cast. I personally had panic attacks and felt so much regret. My nose looked like a pig nose, and I was really scared. Thankfully, Basel talked to me and explained everything calmly. He reassured me that this phase is completely normal because the nose is still very swollen, and also because you’re not used to your new face yet, so it feels strange at first. I wanted a natural result, not a Barbie nose like the ones everyone is getting in Turkey nowadays. This doctor is truly talented—he gave me a nose that fits my face perfectly, looks very natural, and no one noticed that I even had surgery. At first, I was scared I would look fake, but that never happened. The nurses were very kind, and I’m especially grateful to one nurse who was very supportive before and after the surgery. She held my hand and made me feel safe. The only negative thing is that sometimes I felt a bit rushed. Overall, I recommend this doctor."
