From start to finish, from registration to the examination, I was very satisfied. The staff greets patients with great friendliness, courtesy, and helpfulness. The doctors are also very competent and friendly. I had Dr. Zeki Erdogan as my doctor, and I have nothing but positive things to say about him. He has a very steady hand and is painless. He is very friendly and takes the time to answer all questions. We have also recommended this practice to other family members and friends, who were also very satisfied. If possible, they should put someone more competent and efficient at reception. I specifically told them to remind me about the appointment date, and they just say "okay," but no one texts or calls. When I ask why, they say, "Didn't they call?" It's as if there are 10 people at reception who don't know what they're doing. They've hired incompetent kids who can't even follow up on their work. I tell them to call about the appointment date, and when I call, they say, "Did you call that much?" These people... the old receptionist was better.

I haven't encountered such a professional clinic in a long time. Both Dr. Zeki's expertise and the team's kind approach were truly impressive.
