My experience with Worbimed has been nothing short of exceptional from start to finish.
From the very first time I reached out to the clinic, my interactions with the wonderful Ell were consistently informative and reassuring. Ell was always happy to answer my questions, address my concerns, and provide me with detailed, clear information about the procedure. After speaking with Ell through WhatsApp and learning more about the clinic and the process, I felt confident and excited to go ahead and secure my booking to begin my hair transplant journey.
Arrival in Turkey
When I arrived in Turkey, I was warmly welcomed. I was met at the meeting point by a coordinator who escorted me and my companion to our driver. The transfer was seamless – the car was spacious and very clean, which instantly made us feel comfortable after our journey.
At the hotel, the friendly staff checked us in and even escorted us to our room. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Shortly after, Ell messaged me to welcome me personally and confirm my treatment schedule, letting me know he would meet me the next morning after breakfast.
Transplantation Day
The next day, after enjoying a delicious and filling Turkish breakfast, Ell met us at the hotel and walked with us to the clinic – just a short and convenient distance away.
The clinic itself was modern, professional, and very clean. The staff greeted us with warm smiles, which helped ease any nerves I had. I then met the surgeon, who immediately put me at ease. Pictures were taken, and we discussed my hairline in detail. What impressed me most was the surgeon’s precision and dedication to creating a hairline that suited my face shape and natural features – not just following a trend. He took his time to get it just right, and I felt completely confident in his expertise.
After finalizing the hairline design, I had my blood taken and my hair shaved, and then the procedure began. Throughout the treatment, I felt very comfortable. The team frequently checked on me, making sure I was doing well and offering breaks when needed.
Aftercare and Follow-Up
Once the procedure was complete, I was given excellent aftercare instructions, both verbally and in writing, to ensure the best possible results. The next day, I returned to the clinic for my first hair wash and bandage removal. I was provided with a special shampoo kit and shown how to wash my scalp properly at home.
Now that I am back in the UK, I am incredibly happy with the entire experience. Ell continues to check in with me about my progress, which makes me feel very supported and well looked after.
I can honestly say that my journey with Worbimed has been a pleasure from start to finish. The professionalism, care, and attention to detail shown by the entire team have exceeded my expectations. I am already very pleased with how everything has gone, and I am excited to see my results as they continue to develop.
