This is the state of the room where they give facials. Don't get it done!! The yellow cloths you see in the photo smelled. This is completely unhygienic. Besides, I don't even use a towel on my face at home because it collects bacteria, I use paper napkins. When I first arrived, the glass bowl containing the yellow cloth was filthy. I told them they don't use it with anything, they must be wiping the table with it, but they wiped my face with it!! They're always trying to sell you something under the guise of a promotion. When I came for the laser treatment, they couldn't stop praising the facial. They said it was hygienic and everything was personalized. It's not like that at all!!

I was sure I'd seen the nail and manicure images they shared on Instagram under the name "Ponny Nail" before. When I searched online, I realized they were posting images they STOLE from other places as if they did it themselves. I messaged the therapist. She said it was up to me to trust her, and that she was canceling my appointment and suggesting I get it done somewhere else. Of course I'll get it done somewhere else, how can I trust you? It's as if what she's doing is normal. People don't hesitate to steal the work of others anymore.
