I CAME HERE FOR TEETH WHITENING AND THEY BURNED MY GUMS WITH ACID!!! I WASTED MY MONEY AND WAS HUMILIATED. I NEVER RECOMMEND IT!!! I chose this place because I saw high ratings online. I made an appointment for in-office teeth whitening by phone with assistant Derya Hanım. She informed me that the treatment included 1 session of teeth whitening, 1 follow-up session, and tartar removal. During the first session, I noticed the indifferent attitude of the dentist, Nurcan Hanım. She came once, applied a barrier to my gums, used the gel, and left. After that, she didn't even bother to come back to the room. When I contacted Derya Hanım during the procedure and asked if Nurcan Hanım would be coming, she finally arrived. I didn't say anything. My teeth didn't whiten much in the first session. A follow-up session was scheduled to use the remaining gel, and the dentist continued her indifferent attitude during the follow-up session. During the second part of the check-up session, a protective layer was being applied to prevent damage to my gums. However, when Derya, Nurcan Hanım's assistant, attempted to apply this layer, the acid they were using seeped into my gums. I was in unbearable pain, but there wasn't a single person in the room. I told the assistant, and she came. I asked if she could call Nurcan Hanım to determine if the pain was from the laser teeth whitening or if the acid had seeped into my gums. That's how it was resolved. Nurcan Hanım finished the procedure. I'm in unbearable pain now; painkillers aren't helping. I haven't been able to eat for days; the pain doesn't go away, and there's no guarantee my gums will ever return to their original state. Even when I told Nurcan Hanım that she should have done this herself, not her assistant, she spoke to me as if I were the one at fault. When I said, "I paid for this, look what I'm going through now; not only was the procedure incomplete, but you also damaged my gums," she tried to defend herself by saying it was just a check-up session and she could have omitted it, but that wasn't the initial agreement. She even said she would do a teeth cleaning, but she didn't. I suffered material, emotional, and physical harm at this clinic. I can't bear the pain; you had no right to do this to me. LOOK AT THESE PHOTOS I'VE SENT!!!! LOOK CAREFULLY AT THE CONDITION YOU'VE LEFT ME IN!!!! I do not forgive you.

These guys were absolutely excellent. Did a great job and I will be coming back to them for all future work. I recommend them to anyone who is looking to get quality work done and looked after by an excellent team. I'm a very happy client!

Really can recommend. It is is my second visit here. I am more then satisfied. Came from UK. Have had everything organised (5* hotel, private transport etc.) by Remzi. He and dr. Nurcan are very good people, and the rest of the staff too. I wish for myself only to meet people like them. Guys thank you very much.
