A month ago, two family members had Botox done by Nurten Hoca. It was a terribly bad experience. Her eyelids drooped instead of lifting. There wasn't the slightest hint of radiance on her skin. It was a past experience and a regrettable one in every way. After our feedback, she gave what she considered an inadequate explanation and said a different procedure was necessary.

I had surgery for a prominent ear in June. I went from Şereflikoçhisar to Konya for the surgery, and the operation was performed. Two months later, the ear wasn't in the desired condition, and Nurten performed another operation in September. However, after the operation, I had severe bleeding in my ear. It was life-threatening. Even the emergency room I went to in Şereflikoçhisar couldn't provide any treatment. I thought I was dying. Due to the constant bleeding, my pulse was very low, as was my blood pressure. I immediately contacted the doctor, who asked me to come immediately. I went back to Konya from Şereflikoçhisar to see the doctor a day later. He couldn't give me any information about the cause of the bleeding and only treated my ear, which was bleeding again. It was a nightmare. And I narrowly escaped death. I have the necessary medical reports and pictures. It's very difficult to put into words what I've been through. I asked for my money back, but of course they wouldn't give it to me, and I couldn't get rid of the prominent ear. As you can see, I almost lost both my money and my life. I definitely do not recommend it. I have made the necessary complaints. No one with common sense would choose it.

My wife had surgery for prominent ears in June. But because her ears weren't in the desired shape, another operation was performed in September. When we got home after the surgery, my wife's ear started bleeding uncontrollably. We took her to the state hospital in our district, but they couldn't help. My wife almost died. We immediately went to Nurten Hanım. The doctor couldn't figure out the cause of the bleeding and performed another operation. After that, they demanded payment from us again. Don't ever choose this surgery. We wasted our money, and on top of that, my wife almost died.
