I made an appointment with dentist Saadet Sözmen Kaya at the O-Dent Oral and Dental Health Clinic. I remember it was scheduled for 5:30 PM on Wednesday. I didn't receive any messages or calls beforehand. When I arrived at 5:10 PM, they first told me to inform Ms. Saadet that her patient had arrived, and then Ms. Saadet had left, implying that I was late for my 5:00 PM appointment. Is it normal for the doctor to be out in 10 minutes if it's a 5:00 PM appointment? When I asked for a photo of the X-ray, they demanded a fee. When I said they were doing it for free, they made things worse, saying they were deducting money from the examination fee. Not only did I have to schedule my baby, but they also wasted my time, didn't inform me that the doctor had left, and were completely indifferent. I'm filing a complaint. They insisted on checking my phone to see if I received a message, even after I told them they hadn't. Finally, they said they believed me, and they made it sound like they were lying. (You are manipulating them by calling it a doctor's calendar, even though they are making appointments from their own computers at their own place, not from the doctor's calendar.)
