I completed my Hollywood smile treatment at this clinic, and I would like to share my full experience. During my first visit, I specifically requested minimal gum cutting, but the final result did not match my expectations — the teeth appeared larger than I wanted, and my gum was showing when I smiled. Also two of the crowns also fell off within two weeks. As soon as I contacted the clinic, they responded immediately and invited me to return for a full follow-up at no additional cost. Upon arrival, they arranged and covered all my transportation from the airport and to each clinic visit. Their team recemented the two crowns that had fallen, carefully corrected the gum on my two front teeth, and replaced the crowns to ensure a better shape and a more natural aesthetic for free. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to achieving the result I wanted. Although the initial outcome wasn’t perfect, the clinic’s dedication to fixing the issue, providing excellent aftercare, and ensuring my satisfaction made a big difference. I appreciate their honesty, responsibility, and the final result of my smile. ❤️
