First of all, I wish healing to all patients from God. I had not been able to breathe through my nose for a long time, I especially could not sleep regularly and when I woke up in the morning, my throat was constantly dry. The reason for this was the curvature inside my nose, but I could not dare to have surgery, in the last checkup I went to, the doctor said that I would definitely recommend that this be corrected. And so, I decided to have surgery with Prof. Dr. İbrahim Ercan, who also performed my brother's rhinoplasty operation (My brother is very happy with his life now). I want to share my own experiences with friends who are considering rhinoplasty surgery; First of all, İbrahim made a detailed examination and explained visually what would be done and I had a surgical operation on December 12, The operation lasted about 2 hours and there were no negative situations, it rarely happens, I had a small nosebleed after the operation and they stopped it immediately, other than that, thank God, I did not have any problems. I had a little difficulty breathing due to the edema in my nose for the first week, But after the tampon was removed, my breathing was better than before the operation. I only had a cold in the third week which was difficult for me. My nose was blocked due to nasal edema plus flu infection, that week was a bit difficult🤧. Therefore, I would definitely recommend that you be very careful not to catch a cold or flu after the surgery and use preventive medicines as soon as possible at the slightest sign. Because due to the hardness in the nose, wiping the nose with a tissue and sneezing are inevitably a bit difficult. Today, a month has passed since my surgery and I am currently breathing through my nose (despite the fact that the edema has not completely gone)😅. Full recovery can take approximately three or four months in rhinoplasty. As of now, I have a slight hardness in my nose, which is day by day, other than that, thank God I am very, very well. I definitely recommend this surgery to people who have difficulty breathing, the biggest problem here is of course the choice of doctor, I would like to thank my esteemed teacher Prof. Dr. İbrahim Ercan and his esteemed assistant Nazlı Hanım for their extremely meticulous and careful work and information before and after the operation. I had surgery 10 years ago, based on a recommendation from Mr. İbrahim Ercan. I experienced complete relief. Before the surgery, I couldn't breathe at all, but when I suddenly started breathing again, it was incredibly strange.
