I was disappointed with some aspects of my experience at this hospital. I noticed that doctors and their assistants often do not follow the patient line order, and they sometimes enter the room without knocking, which affects patient privacy. In addition, I heard assistants speaking to each other in a very rude and loud manner. While they were not rude to patients directly, it felt unprofessional and uncomfortable to hear staff yelling at each other in a medical environment. I believe the hospital could greatly improve by ensuring staff respect patient privacy, follow proper procedures, and maintain a more professional atmosphere.

This was my first time for a general checkup and the entire staff was very welcoming. I didn't have to ask a single question, their team helped me through the whole process. Dr. also spoke English and advised me with her time and experience. Their equipment and labs are state of the art and they're very well equipped. I would recommend Istanbul Goz any day over any other fancy competitor because they're customer focused instead of money making.

Dr. Prof. Dr. Engin Ofgirhan is an absolute expert in his field, and his calm, confident demeanor put me at ease right before the procedure. The surgery itself was incredibly quick and painless, and I saw immediate results! My vision improved right away, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering laser eye surgery.
