My experience with Heva Clinic has been excellent from start to finish. The airport pickup was smooth and well-organized, which immediately made me feel comfortable arriving in a new country. The staff were friendly, professional, and very supportive throughout the entire process. The procedure was explained clearly, and the medical team made sure I felt relaxed and informed at every step. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and well managed. After the procedure, I received clear aftercare instructions, medications, and products, which gave me confidence moving forward with recovery. I would highly recommend Heva Clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant, especially international patients looking for a stress-free and professional experience. I will continue to update this review as I track my progress and results over time.

I had an excellent experience at Heva Clinic for my hair transplant. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with great care. The staff and medical team were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive, which made the entire process smooth and comfortable. The clinic itself is very clean and well-organized, and they took the time to explain each step so I always knew what to expect. The team truly makes you feel supported and confident in your decision. I felt like I was in very good hands throughout the procedure. I’m very happy with my experience and would highly recommend Heva Clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant.

I can’t recommend Heva Clinic highly enough — a full 5/5, 10/10, five-star experience from start to finish. I travelled from London on the Friday and was met at the airport by a private taxi. The transfer felt smooth and luxurious, and the hotel was lovely, with breakfast included. There were great facilities such as a spa, cinema, swimming pool and more. Although I didn’t get the chance to make use of them (I went to Istanbul for one reason only 👨‍🦲!), it was really nice knowing those options were available during my stay. On Saturday, transplant day, we were picked up from the hotel lobby and taken to the clinic. From the moment we arrived, the clinic looked immaculate and had a sleek vibe. We were greeted with warm smiles and positive energy from the entire team. I was understandably nervous at first, but I was very quickly put at ease and felt confident and comfortable throughout the whole day. During my consultation, while designing my new hairline, it genuinely felt like their priority was making sure I was happy and that everything was planned perfectly. I never once felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated — especially as I tend to overthink big decisions and panic under pressure. The entire experience felt calm and reassuring. The procedure itself began with local anaesthetic (which really weren’t that bad), followed by the extraction of follicles from my donor area. After that, we broke for lunch before continuing with the transplant. Halfway through the procedure, they paused and brought in the hairline designer, surgeon and other doctors to review the progress with me and ask if I was happy or wanted any changes. That moment really made me feel in control and involved in the process. There was always a translator available whenever I needed one, which was brilliant. At the end of the day, they provided a neck pillow and aftercare items. The whole procedure took around 10 hours, but I stayed in great spirits throughout and left the clinic with a huge smile on my face. A massive shout-out to my medical team — Sahsene and Caner — and my surgeon, Mert. They were outstanding at what they do and communicated with me clearly every step of the way, making me feel completely at ease. Sunday was wash day. After breakfast, we were again collected from the hotel and taken back to the clinic, where they washed my hair and answered any questions I had. I raised a few concerns I’d thought about overnight, and they immediately put me at ease. Everything was explained clearly, including the next steps and how to use the aftercare kit. They also have an interactive app you download, which gives you a clear day-by-day guide on what you can and can’t do — such as when you can wear a cap, be exposed to the sun, or remove scabs. I thought this was a great touch, as it saved me from endlessly searching online or scrolling through Reddit. They did offer optional 3-month and 6-month aftercare kits from a company called Perseus, which included serums, a derma roller and additional shampoos and more products to promote hair growth. I would have loved to purchase one, but unfortunately it was outside my budget at the time (around £150 for 3 months and around £250 for 6 months). After that, we were driven back to the airport for our flight home. The only advice I’d give you is to find a late afternoon flight, like maybe around 6/7pm because we got driven to the airport and arrived at 3:30pm and because I got a late 10:30pm flight I had to wait 7 hours till my flight. Overall, I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend Heva Clinic for their professionalism, attention to detail and overall care. 10s 10s TENS across the board. No notes. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
