Good afternoon! I am from Russia, I had a hair transplant operation in this clinic in May. So far, just little time has passed to evaluate the final result, but already now I would like to thank the clinic staff for their attentive and sensitive attitude. As soon as I wrote, Ozan Bulut contacted me. He always quickly and promptly answered all the questions that came up, helped to choose the date and method of the operation. After that, the translator of the clinic, Elena Belenlioğlu, contacted me. She accompanied me the whole period before the operation, during the operation and now in the postoperative period. Elena is an attentive and sensitive specialist, a great professional. She calmed me, removed all fears and supported me very much during this difficult period. I would also like to say special thanks to Esra Uzer, the doctor who washed my hair after the operation. This is a very professional, attentive and sensitive specialist, a great expert in her field. Facility is SO clean, nurses are amazing, Dr. was so pleasant and our administrator was extremely efficient and responsive. Dr. and administrator kept continuous follow up with after care. They were so attentive during the procedure and even for several weeks after the procedure. Everyone was so kind and humorous, making you feel comfortable and completely at ease. Never left alone, never left waiting for assistance, and no question was left unanswered. All staff were professional, respectful, and pleasant to be around. They were sensitive to concerns, were not pushy, and talked through everything. The whole experience was so relaxing, and with the premium care received, it almost felt like being on vacation. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a procedure to go to Estetik, you will not be disappointed! Fully trust their ability and quality of work is amazing! An overall 5 star experience.
