My hair transplant procedure took place on 13.11.2025, and I had an outstanding experience with Este Meidal Group, deserving the highest possible rating. Everything was handled with exceptional professionalism and complete transparency from start to finish. I didn’t have to think about anything—upon arrival, I was picked up directly at the airport and accompanied to my hotel, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. A particularly positive surprise was the graft count. Based on the photos I had sent before the procedure, I was told that around 4,000 grafts could be implanted. However, after the in-person evaluation at the clinic, they were able to implant an impressive 5,500 grafts. This exceeded my expectations and demonstrated their honesty, expertise, and commitment to achieving the best possible result. A special note of appreciation goes to Saimir, who welcomed me warmly and checked on me several times throughout the day. His professionalism, human kindness, and deep knowledge of post-transplant hair-care products were truly invaluable. He made me feel comfortable, well-informed, and fully supported at all times. A big thank you to all the doctors and the entire staff at Este Meidal Group. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering a hair transplant.
