First of all, I would like to thank the entire Epi Center family for their care and support throughout the process. Sude, who performed my procedure, was especially attentive and meticulous in her treatment, which is why I chose Epi Center. I would also like to thank Seda for her friendly welcome from the very beginning and for her attentiveness before and after each session. About two years ago, I purchased a package for the ice laser, including the handpiece. I hadn't planned on getting hair removal, but somehow I was persuaded. I couldn't go because I'd started treatment, and I let them know. I was told I could come back anytime after the treatment was completed. Recently, I made an appointment and went, and was treated very badly. Indifferent attitudes, overly judgmental remarks, etc., as if they were giving charity. They were doing the procedure superficially, anyway. I hope they fix this attitude soon.

At the beauty center I went to before, I had trouble getting appointments and I wasn't getting results from laser treatment. I found this place on a friend's recommendation. The staff are very attentive and the place is spotlessly clean. Even though I've only been going for 3 months, I can say that my hair has decreased by 95%. I highly recommend their equipment; it's excellent.
