I first encountered the Epi Center College Branch thanks to a friend's recommendation and its proximity to my workplace. Although I was only there for eyebrow shaping, I was persuaded to also get laser hair removal because of the promotions. The foreign woman who performed my microblading procedure left my eyebrows darker than my skin tone and uneven. When I went back with a complaint, Safiye Hanım's retouching corrected them, but the underlying procedure prevented me from achieving the desired arch. We then began laser hair removal. During the procedure, she recommended the Princess treatment, which I also received, but because the Princess treatment thinned my skin barrier, I had to get the salmon treatment. Due to this deformity, I also had to undergo collagen and pumpkin peels. Every time I experienced a problem, they offered me facials or weight loss treatments to try and alleviate my dissatisfaction. Two months after starting the center, I developed bumps under my arms. My one-and-a-half-month hospital stay, which began with internal medicine and general surgery, ended in dermatology. It was ultimately determined that I had a laser-induced hair follicle inflammation, and I began medication. As I mentioned earlier, I was treated with medication for five months due to the sensitivity and darkening of my skin barrier. Furthermore, with the change of ownership of the center, the beauticians who had tried to maintain my satisfaction by being attentive also left. Every time I went, the only employee at the center was busy with a procedure, so no one was there to greet me. After all these difficulties, I requested a refund of the upfront transaction fees (excluding the products I purchased and used) a month and a half ago. Despite being verbally told that my refund had been approved and that I shouldn't wait, management would contact me and request my IBAN, I received no message or call from anyone. I called almost daily to inquire about the procedure or to visit the center to get information, but I never received a response. I wanted you to know that if you regret any of your procedures, you won't receive the same attention you received when paying and receiving the service. Initially, this was a center I recommended to everyone, but now I will never recommend it to anyone!
I have a four-year case. I couldn't go after paying, but they didn't cause any problems with my case. I'm continuing the package I bought in Uni 1 in my fourth year. After 8 art sessions, we achieved an 80% success rate, and we converted the final sessions to the remaining areas. This is the best part, in my opinion. Instead of just throwing blank shots at areas that don't exist, they adapt to your needs. Demet is incredibly friendly and sweet. I highly recommend her. I've never had any problems. Go with confidence. They also tell you the percentage of success they'll achieve for areas that won't be finished, making empty promises. There's a high probability that the joint areas won't be 100% finished. I'm very pleased with the Kızılay branch for their honesty and below-market pricing.
I have been continuing with Yağmur Hanım for 1 year in all my transactions and I was very satisfied when she left. Frankly, I was very sad when she left. It was like a family atmosphere and when I went, I had a person with me. Yağmur Hanım was not there and I was not satisfied with my transaction because she left. The attention and care was already terrible. I was literally fired, I'm not even going to say that.
