UPDATE: Dr Sengör is an exceptional person and doctor. It is difficult to find the right words to describe the gratefulness I feel towards him personally and the appreciation for his work. For years, all the local doctors tried to convince me that it was impossible to remove my salivary gland stones with sialendoscopy and I should take the surgery. Dr Sengör presented me with his method and informed me what were my chances for a successful treatment. With with his patience and empathy, he helped me go through the difficult decision of undertaking sialendoscopy - it was the best medical decision I could ever make! He removed my stones and I feel healthy again - is there a greater gift in life than this? . I approached Dr Sengör with my salivary gland stones, that I’ve had for almost 20 years now. I am a patient that most might call problematic, because I ask many questions to resolve my insecurity and anxiety of any medical procedure and it takes a long time for me to make any decision. Also, my stones are roughly 5 and 9mm in diameter that other doctors I met don’t offer even a chance to treat with endoscopy. Exceptional Experience With Dr. Atilla Şeğnor I want to share my outstanding experience with Dr. Atilla Şeğnor, who successfully removed my salivary gland stone after several specialists told me it was impossible. I work in Dubai, and I visited two specialists there. Both of them said the same thing: the only solution was to remove the entire gland. I found this option far too drastic. I then flew to Belgium for a second opinion, did a new CT scan, and again the specialist told me that gland removal was the only option. At that point, I started searching for alternatives, determined to save my gland if possible. That search led me to Dr. Atilla Şeğnor. I had been living with the stone for almost a year and even experienced an infection because of it before I finally found Dr. Atilla. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to keep a healthy organ that was functioning well but simply blocked by a 1.5 cm stone. He performed the procedure with skill and precision, using around 900 laser shots to break the stone and successfully extract it. The treatment was a complete success. I have been suffering from bilateral salivary stone disease for 10 years. My face would swell after eating. They advised me to have my salivary gland removed by surgery. But I met Atilla Bey. He suggested a new method to remove the stones without surgery and he removed the stones. I feel better now and my face is no longer swollen. I would like to thank Atilla Bey a thousand times.
