Extremely competent, professional dentist with a charming team!
I was recommended Barbaros Baran after suffering through 5 months of pain following a botched crown by a dentist in Germany. My local dentist in Switzerland was unable to fix the problem and by the time I arrived in Antalya I was frustrated and pretty desperate.
Mr Baran did an assessment of the situation which included a panoramic xray and he made a succinct diagnosis of the problem. His suggested treatment approach was logical and pragmatic. I went there for 2 appointments in total with a treatment time of less than 10 minutes each and the problem was pretty much solved. The pain gone.
I can only recommend this guy, especially if you have chronic problems or have suffered following dental malpractice by a local dentist.
I'm a medical doctor myself and so am extremely appreciative of skill and competency. Barbaros Baran excels in both of these areas. I am seriously considering now switching to him as my primary dentist. It certainly would be a good excuse to visit Antalya once a year :)

I don’t usually write reviews, but I really wanted to share my experience with Klinik7 because I’m so genuinely happy with the results and care I received.
To be honest, I’ve never liked going to the dentist — it’s been a big worry for me for many years, and that fear always held me back. But Klinik7 changed that for me completely.
I’d been thinking about getting my teeth done for a long time, and as things gradually got worse, I knew I had to take action. My sister had her treatment at Klinik7 two years ago and highly recommended them — she was also recommended by someone else, so that word-of-mouth trust really meant something.
Before choosing Klinik7, I did my research and spoke to several other Turkish dentists, including those based in the UK. Many of them seemed more focused on selling zirconia crowns for all your teeth, regardless of whether it was necessary. It felt like a lot of the advice was about profit, not care.
Klinik7 was completely different. From the start, they arranged for me to have X-rays in the UK and I sent over photos, so they could create a treatment plan remotely. What stood out was that they only recommended what actually needed doing — there was no sales push, just clear and honest guidance.
From being picked up at the airport by their friendly driver to the moment I completed my treatment, the whole experience was seamless. The team at Klinik7 are incredible. Esra, the clinical coordinator, is responsive, supportive, and answers any questions you have — nothing ever feels like too much trouble. The dental team — Barbaros, Esra, and Busra — were outstanding. Their work was efficient, thoughtful, and of the highest quality.
Barbaros really cared about how everything looked and paid attention to the smallest details. Esra managed to remove a deep stain from inside one of my teeth during a root canal — something I really appreciated. Every step of the way, they went the extra mile. I can’t thank them enough. They’re a brilliant team and I’ll always go back to them in future.
All my treatment was completed in just 3 days, at a very fair cost, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
One final tip for other UK patients: make sure to check your travel insurance carefully. Most general policies don’t cover you if you’re travelling for dental treatment, even though they let you buy the policy. I only realised this at the last minute and ended up using a specialist provider called Medical Travel Shield — definitely worth sorting in advance!
