Really great experience with Phoenix Aesthetics and Dr. Ulas Bali. They were able to accommodate my needs with a last-minute request due to my bad experience with another clinic. My request was very special because I needed to find a doctor who removes Aquafilling filler from my breasts. There aren't many experts in that field, so I was so pleased they recommended the best doctor, who is very professional, has a calming nature, and is happy to answer every question. I had a consultation on Monday, all the required tests the same day, and the surgery on Tuesday. The hospital care was superb; all the hospital staff were helpful and friendly, always there for me. Most importantly, the beautiful hotel I was accommodated in was next to the hospital. I could return to the hotel the day after surgery. I saw the doctor twice after the surgery, the second time for the final checkup before my return to the UK. I can't wait to see the doctor again to have the breast uplift and implants. I know I couldn't have chosen better. Thank you, doctor, all the hospital team, and Sanem from Phoenix Health Tourism for making it such a seamless experience. I'm really impressed. See you soon.

I'm Diana from Sydney, Australia. I came across Dr. Bali’s page on Instagram in November 2024. I had been thinking about having a tummy tuck for the past 18 years, and in March 2025, I finally reached out to his team. From the very first encounter, they guided me through everything—what I wanted, what I needed to prepare, and what to expect. Dr. Bali’s team was incredibly helpful, always available to answer my questions, no matter how big or small. They made me feel genuinely supported and reassured throughout the whole process. I chose Dr. Bali because when I looked at his page and read about him, he came across as a kind, humble, and caring person—someone who truly wants to help people feel better about themselves. And after meeting him he truly was everything you would want from a surgeon, Dr Bali is a genuine, kind surgeon who truly cares for his patients. I had liposuction, extended tummy tuck with muscle repair. I made this journey alone and didn’t tell anyone. I was a little nervous, but from the moment I landed at Istanbul Airport, everything flowed seamlessly. The pickup, hotel check-in, and meeting with the amazing Ece made me feel safe and cared for. She helped guide me through the pre-op process, including blood tests. The next day was my surgery. I was nervous, but meeting Dr. Bali beforehand and feeling his warm, calming presence immediately put me at ease. After the surgery, I was cared for by a wonderful nurse named ilayda, who sat by my bedside, helped me get up for the first time, and supported me every step of the way. The nurses at the hospital were all so kind and attentive. The hotel I stayed in felt like pure luxury. I highly recommend Dr. Bali and his team. They are not only professional but truly make you feel like family. Thank you Dr Ulas Bali, Ece, ilayda and the whole team ❤️🥰

So grateful for the care and kindness that I experienced when having my surgeries. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Ulaş Bali to anyone thinking of cosmetic surgery. I will be returning again, due to such wonderful work on both my tummy tuck and mid face lift.
