This clinic is absolutely to avoid at all costs. From the very beginning, the atmosphere was unwelcoming – no smiles, no real care for the patient. They claim to be the best in Istanbul and to offer the most advanced technology, but what we experienced was the opposite: arrogance, pressure, and zero transparency. When we showed them a quote from another clinic, they criticized it aggressively, insisting that their plan was the only right choice and even stating that ceramic is absolutely better than zirconium – which is misleading. Instead of helping us find the right treatment with the best balance of quality, price, and patient needs, they only focused on making us accept their expensive quote. Their proposal is overpriced for Turkey, considering that BEGO implants and hybrid ceramic prostheses are good but not the latest or most premium technology as they claim. Overall, we left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. Dental treatment is about trust, empathy, and professionalism – this clinic failed in every aspect. Avoid this place at all costs.

We had a very satisfying experience at Dentopol Clinic in Turkey. The service was excellent, and the team was highly professional. From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. We truly appreciate their dedication and would highly recommend Dentopol to anyone seeking quality dental care in Turkey

My partner came for treatment and had an initial assessment detailing all required treatment with prices. It was much more than we thought was wrong with her teeth - over a month's worth of appointments were required to fix everything. Well the price seemed OK and we had time and foolishly we trusted them. She was treated by a very young dentist (I'm withholding her name but I do remember it. If this review is removed again I will republish with her name to prove we went there), who must have recently qualified, not the same dentist who did the initial assessment. The dentist hurt my partner's mouth a couple of times during treatment. Well anyway she finished the treatment then we returned to our home country a couple of years later, and our trusted dentist said that most of the treatment was either botched and/or unnecessary, and we spent a lot of money fixing the damage. Moral: if it looks and sounds too good to be true, it is. Sadly will not trust another dentist in Turkey after this.
