After a terrible tooth extraction (it took 1.30 hours and was very painful) and then a dreamlike filling (hopefully done correctly, I'm not entirely sure now), I made an appointment for the third stage of treatment at the clinic. I went to my 5:30 PM appointment, which was said to be the last appointment of the day. At 6:15 PM, after waiting under stress for 45 minutes, the 6 PM appointment arrived at 6:12 PM, and they tried to let him in before me. When I asked what they were doing, they said, "This procedure is short, yours is long, we'll let you rest a little." Rest? This country is already a test of patience regarding work seriousness and rules, but even for this country, this level of carelessness, lack of vision, amateurishness, and unprofessionalism is excessive. I have never seen an establishment so indifferent and unserious to its customers' time and personal rights. They made me wait half an hour because of scheduling and another 12 minutes for the next appointment to arrive. In short, if you have a lot of free time and don't want to wait outside in the cold, make an appointment and be content with mediocre service.
In January 2025, I began implant treatment for two of my teeth. One tooth was extracted and ready for implants. I had the other tooth extracted there. Ms. Sedef extracted the tooth in about 45 minutes, but she couldn't. She removed it in pieces with the help of another doctor. For 45 minutes, she stuck the tool they used to stretch the tooth into the roof of my mouth. I had numerous sores inside my mouth after the procedure. It was the worst tooth extraction I've ever experienced. When I complained, they responded with something like, "The lower jaw is a difficult place," but I'd had similar extractions before. I even went to several appointments for impressions for the implant prosthesis. The prosthesis broke during insertion. On another attempt, the screw thread on the tooth side of the implant broke. On the third attempt, it broke while being re-inserted. Despite repeated measurements, food got stuck under the tooth. Ms. Aslı said, "You can't remove it yourself; we'll send another impression and have it filled." Even though I still hadn't had a successful outcome, I decided to call it a day, and the implant broke again shortly thereafter. During this period, a second appointment for Botox treatment was scheduled for 14 days later, even though it should have been within 14 days. When I asked why this was the case, the doctor told me the lady wanted the two procedures to be done simultaneously. I didn't know the rules. When they didn't call, I called, and by the time I did, it had already been 12 days. I reminded them that the doctor had said we could do both at the same time. But they presented it as if I had deliberately delayed that time, and that they weren't the ones who weren't following up. You have to follow up and track down your appointment. During the treatment, the doctor leaves the clinic without even letting you know, and you go back to another doctor, with a different experience. It was an unprofessional and disappointing process. Even though the doctor warned me to follow up and call the lady after all this time, the assistants didn't call, but when I did call, the time was up, and we were calling, etc. He is never moderate, we are constantly forced to go after him.
Please, let Aslı teacher come back. I'm very unhappy with Atakan Bey, who replaced her. His demeanor and work are terrible. Even though I went for my 5 pm appointment, they took me two hours later. They keep me waiting every time. My dental arches keep falling out or coming loose. He asks me if I eat jellybeans or nuts, and tells me to chew with my back teeth. I tell him I don't eat nuts or jellybeans, I eat with my back teeth. He says, "No one else has their arches falling out as much as you." I say, "We should ask them, we'll understand, they don't have anything wrong with them, it's only happening to you." He talks as if I'm removing them one by one with my hand, he speaks rudely. They keep me waiting and his demeanor is awful. He tells me to lean back, saying my name (no "Madam" or anything). It's as if I'm his student. I think it's best if he doesn't work here with all this stress. I regret it very much, I hope he goes somewhere else as soon as possible.
