My experience with Cliniva Clinic was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! From the moment I landed in Istanbul, everything was perfectly taken care of. I was greeted at the airport with a gorgeous, luxury car that made me feel like a VIP. That first impression alone told me I had made the right choice. I was then brought to a beautiful hotel where I could relax and settle in before my procedure. I even got to enjoy a lovely tour of Istanbul which was such a thoughtful touch that helped turn a medical trip into a truly memorable experience. As for the surgery itself, I honestly couldn’t be happier with my results. The medical team at Cliniva Clinic was incredibly professional, kind, and supportive every step of the way. I felt safe, cared for, and informed throughout the entire process. The facility was spotless, modern, and extremely well-organized. This surgery has completely changed my life, and I’m beyond grateful to the entire Cliniva team for making it such a smooth and empowering journey. If you’re considering any type of cosmetic surgery, I wholeheartedly recommend Cliniva Clinic. They go above and beyond in every way possible and it shows! Thank you for everything 💛

Posting on behalf of my mother who received a botched surgery from this clinic. While I am fairly happy with my brow lift and revision rhinoplasty, my mother decided to get a thigh lift surgery while she came with me on this trip. The incisions were crooked and scarred badly, and the thigh lift itself was ineffective. The clinic spent about a year telling her to massage the area and stated it wasn’t “that bad”. I had a similar complaint when I stated that my brow lift was uneven and not lifted enough - to just massage it and wait. Finally after a year, with my mom’s results no better, we asked that we receive a refund for that surgery or if she could come back for a revision. The clinic stated that she would have to pay for the hotel again on top of $1000USD for hospital fees, which is unheard of for revisions with a medical clinic. Most will only expect you to cover the airfare. The representative even stated that “most clinics just block their customers when they have a complaint” and that we’re lucky they’re even responding. So, if you have any issues with your surgery, do not expect them to acknowledge their errors or help in any way. My mom had to get a corrective surgery back in Canada as we did not feel safe or comfortable returning to this clinic. Edit - my brow lift is also botched and has returned to my original state. I need to find a revision elsewhere as well. Do not recommend.

Between the world-class surgical talent (Dr. Anvar is a genius) and Cliniva’s seamless coordination, the entire experience felt elevated and trustworthy. I always felt like I was in good hands — from hospital transfers to post-op instructions to emotional support on the days when recovery felt heavy. If you’re coming from abroad for surgery, you want a team that makes you feel safe. Cliniva delivers that. And Sam is the kind of person you want by your side during something as personal and vulnerable as plastic surgery. 5 stars — easily. I would choose Cliniva again without hesitation.
