I applied to Dr. DT. E** ç**r - Ankara orthodontist - Batıkent dentist - cosmetic orthodontics - implant, zirconium, teeth whitening clinic for treatment of three of my teeth. I paid cash upfront. They said the treatment would take four weeks. First, a filling was placed on a painful tooth. However, when the pain persisted, I was told the filling would need to be removed and a root canal treatment was performed. A root canal treatment was also performed, but the pain persisted. Despite being told it would heal within a month or two, my symptoms persisted. Another decayed tooth in the same area was filled, believing a filling alone would be sufficient. However, this tooth also began to experience pain. The filling in my lower jaw had broken, so they wanted to replace it. I agreed, and this procedure was carried out. However, this tooth, despite having never had any pain before, now began to hurt.
In short, I went to the clinic with one painful tooth and returned with three. I later learned that the dentist who performed the procedure had resigned. They said they refused the procedure on my lower tooth because it hadn't been entered into their system. I asked them to review the X-rays they had. When they compared the first and last x-rays, it was clear the procedure had been performed, but I was told, "There's nothing we can do; you have to pay again." The fact that my teeth, which hadn't hurt, started to hurt constantly after the procedure, and on top of that, they refused to take responsibility for it and demanded an additional fee, has caused me both financial and health problems. Furthermore, I was met with an extremely superficial and irresponsible statement: "Even if we hadn't done it, it would have hurt within a month or two." I have lost both my health and my money. I request that the necessary action be taken.
