"First part of treatment is complete. As someone so frightened of dentist I have been dreading this trip and the thought of the extensive treatment I needed. However, to say I have been pleasantly surprised is an understatement. Every staff member from the surgeons to the drivers have been wonderful throughout. Always so reassuring and caring. The dental treatment - after all that fear and worry, went so smoothly, no pain felt during the procedure and very manageable pain afterwards which credit goes to the skills of the wonderful surgeon Dr Onur Merey, who even took time to kindly check on me when he saw me in the clinic the day after. "Finally made the jump as I was recommended by family for Creative Smiles. My teeth were my biggest insecurity. I had contact with the fantastic Dr Serhant for my consultation. So from day 1 I was very nervous, the staff at reception greeted me with fantastic customer service and made me feel welcome. I was assisted by the lovely Yagmur and what a trooper she is. I have a fear of dentists and a really bad gag reflex. On my first day with the X-rays and teeth prep my anxiety was through the roof. I could not have got through that day without Yagmur she was amazing! The dental surgeon was also amazing for having patience with me and I cant thank him enough. Then on implant day the surgeon was fantastic. I also had some Botox in my jaw to help with my tensed jaw. My anxiety had calmed down at this point and it was a breeze. I then had temps fitted which were the perfect shape and exactly what I asked for. I then explored beautiful Antalya with a big smile on my face. I was so happy at this point. Then on finals day my new smile was fitted and I almost cried. What an amazing service from start to finish. The accommodation I was put up in was also great and all staff had amazing customer service. I’m already looking forward to my next visit in April/may time to have my finals fitted on the implants. "Honestly, I had a lot of reservations about getting my teeth done. I was worried about the procedure. I was worried about you know what was involved with it. I must say first a the staff at the center are next to none. They are absolutely brilliant and make sure that you are taking care of not just in the center but of out of it too. I had a reaction to the anesthetic and within 15 minutes of being back at my apartment there was a taxi with my medication inside it alongside the company giving me multiple calls to make sure I was OK when you get there you’ll be treated by a lovely woman behind reception. She is absolutely amazing my teeth come out better than expected. Be aware this treatment does not come without some discomfort or pain. However, the actual treatment itself was fantastic. The dentist is brilliant and the staff are even better. Recommend to anyone absolute 10 out of 10 service."

More than two years ago, I spent almost a full year comparing clinics in different countries, including Switzerland, Hungary, Bulgaria and Turkey, for Implants. "After lots of research I chose Dentalays and am very glad I did! I had 18 emax veneers. The whole clinic is beautiful and clean, the transfers are quick & reliable and the customer service is amazing. My patient co-ordinator Bianca was very helpful and made an effort to get to know us at the clinic. Every member of staff is polite and helpful and looked after not only me but my parents also to put their minds at ease. The owner was very reassuring and knew exactly what he was doing. It's been 2 months and my teeth are amazing. The shade and the shape is natural but enhanced and im very glad I chose it/this clinic to provide me with this. I would maybe recommend staying over a week as fitting all the treatment in meant having all the final fittings in one day which was a lot so be prepared to be in pain but its all worth it in the end.
