I went for a cleaning yesterday. The office is clean, and staff wear proper equipment to protect themselves and patients. I usually get gum irritation from cleanings, but I told the staff about my issue. They cleaned my teeth very carefully, and I have had no issues at all. I appreciate their online appointment system as well.

This is my first visit to Tetradent Clinic. I appreciate the cleanliness of it. I was treated by a sweet, helpful and very professional dentist. I like the way they deal with their patients starting from the reception, the nurse and the dentist.

It was the worst dent clinic I have ever visited in ankara. The doctor was very rude to me. He was speaking arabic to me so that the other nurses couldn't understand that he was speaking rudely to me . He said that the ortodont is 25,000TL, and then I said that it's too expensive. The other clinics do it on 10,000 up to 15,000TL, so can you make a discount for us. Then he said rudely, " Why don't you go to other clinics if they are cheaper than us?" and I was shocked at how the doctor treated us. Then he said, "Think of it. If you find other clinics, go to it." I have never seen in my life a doctor treating his patients like that. Anyway, I don't recommend foreigners to go to this clinic, may be they are treating turkishs well.
