I've been getting Botox from Dr. Ayşegül for 2 years. This year it turned out great, I loved the way it looked, everyone liked it. My friends who liked it said they wanted to get it too… However, last year I made an appointment and was turned away. No one answered the door. This year I made a follow-up appointment, and each time I wrote to them asking if there were any problems with our evening appointments. The first time they said the doctor was at a conference. They gave me a second appointment and said the doctor was moving house. Then the doctor called and said she would do a complimentary eye mesotherapy. I asked for another appointment, and they said the doctor doesn't take appointments after 7 PM, even though all previous appointments were after 7 PM. Then they said the doctor would call, and she called. On the phone, it wasn't a doctor, but someone who seemed like they hadn't received any training or graduated from medical school, shouting and yelling, never listening to their patients… And it was their own fault. Then I realized that the doctor doesn't have an assistant or secretary, she handles her own affairs/can't handle them, that's another matter. I call her, I text her, she handles it. I cancelled the last appointment myself; I don't want the check-up or the mesotherapy. Frankly, I don't expect anything good from a doctor who's become so familiar with me. I don't want him to touch my face again. Even though his Botox might be good, neither his treatment nor his appointment scheduling is good. If there were a zero rating, I'd give it to him. He's completely lost me, and all my friends who were going to see him along with me.

I am so glad I met our doctor. I had lip fillers done 6 times in different places and they were not successful in any of the procedures. They always said that my lips melted and it was because of my body, but after meeting this doctor, I have really beautiful lips. Thank you very much❤️❤️❤️

I'm extremely pleased with the procedures I had performed by Ayşegül. She's a friendly, gentle, and caring doctor. The treatment areas are also exceptionally clean. I'm very grateful to her.
