I chose Selda Gençer for a gel nail polish treatment, and I absolutely do not believe that any of the staff, other than the nail specialist, treated a customer as they should. I believe their primary goal should be customer satisfaction. I was dissatisfied with the first treatment and tried to find out their availability for four days to get a follow-up. When I arrived, I heard that Selda Gençer specifically said, "There's nothing wrong with your nails." Not only did they not see anything wrong with me, but they sent me away completely unhappy and dissatisfied. I have been using gel nail polish for seven years, and I have never seen such careless work in my life. I strongly advise you never to choose them again.

I went for the first time and had a permanent manicure. Ten days later, the permanent nail polish came off one of my nails, and I called. I didn't make the appointment, but I called and texted the next day, but they didn't call back. They were very attentive until I got there. When I had a problem after the procedure, it was a disgrace. I texted them about it, and they weren't interested. It was a shame for the money I paid. Zero, in one word.

I was so pleased that I immediately made an appointment for permanent lip tint. My lip color is so natural and vibrant that I now feel great without makeup. Afterward, I also had artificial nails and silk eyelashes. My nails look incredibly natural and don't bother me at all. My eyelashes are just right—not overly dramatic, but very effective. Everyone who sees them asks where I got them done. Most importantly, the staff here are so friendly and attentive. They don't just do their job and then dismiss you; they truly listen to you and guide you according to your needs. Every time I come, the conversation never ends; it feels like therapy. This combination of sincerity and professionalism makes me feel no need to look elsewhere anymore. Behind this beautiful energy is Ms. Selda. With her smiling face, sincerity, and vision, she not only guides her team brilliantly but also pays meticulous attention to every detail. I've felt very safe since my first appointment because she knows what she's doing, is honest, and works with passion. Quality and care are palpable in everything she does.
