I had to have a root canal removed because their procedure was unsuccessful. They claim they didn't even perform it and don't remember what's causing the pain, only observing it from a distance. Despite mentioning the pain from one of their crowns twice, I was dismissed as having food stuck in the veneer. They refuse to acknowledge that it's their procedure, as if we don't know who we're having done, and what we're getting done. I think it's ethical to say that the pain is normal, even after I've been telling them for two months.

I'd been hesitant about dental treatment for a long time, but thanks to Aysu and Kerem, all my fears were alleviated. The clinic is incredibly friendly, patient, and meticulous in its work. Their detailed explanations of every step of the treatment and their reassuring approach inspire confidence. I was also very pleased with the clinic's hygiene and the modern equipment used. He performed a terrible root canal treatment, damn it. Less than a year later, the tooth started hurting. When I went to a reputable doctor, I learned how awful the procedure was. I don't forgive him. Definitely don't go there.
