Likya wanted to cancel my laser hair removal control session. The control session was my right. I couldn't attend the control session that day (Tuesday, day 10) because I was on my period. Later, I called and wanted to make an appointment for when my period ended. When I spoke to them, the person on the other end said that there were no openings on Mondays and Tuesdays, they were busy and that I had exceeded the 10-day period, so she had to cancel the control session. 1. What does it mean to have a period during your period? 2. They don't have any customer information system! 3. Even though I entered my contact information every time I went, they had me logged in their system for months! 4. I came to buy services from you and the representative I met face to face was not solution-oriented at all.
