Mr. Serdar is a physician who conducts his work with great care and ethics, truly trusting and valuing his patients, and is patient and informative. His professional and humane approach throughout the entire process made me feel completely safe. His calm explanations, patient listening to my questions, and ethical approach at every step are truly admirable. If you want to feel in safe hands, I highly recommend him. His assistant, Tuğba, is also very attentive, helpful, and professional in problem-solving. He is communicative and empathetic, providing swift solutions to every issue. I had rhinoplasty and couldn't breathe through my nose. I also had a broken nose, and they fixed it. Everyone I know had surgery here, and they were all very pleased. I saw the doctor on their recommendation. Serdar is a very sweet and friendly doctor. He patiently answered all my questions and made me feel very welcome. I loved the entire team, but I especially appreciate Tuğba Hanım. She's a very sweet and lovely assistant. She listened to all my concerns and always helped me. I could always reach Tuğba Hanım, morning or evening. She gave me a great feeling, and I was able to overcome my fears. I can now breathe very well through my nose and smell much better. I thank the entire team and recommend her to everyone.
